PITTSBURG, Kan. — At Wednesday’s meeting of the Neighborhood Advisory Council, city staff announced the acquisition of a 22-foot enclosed trailer that will be available for block parties or neighborhood clean-ups. Purchased from the Rolling Nostalgia Club for $7,000, the trailer is equipped with a 20-foot retractable awning and includes a PA system, propane tank, three grills, a freezer, six-foot and eight-foot-long tables, and two 20-by-20-foot tents with poles. The trailer still needs to be outfitted with landscaping tools and personal protective equipment and be customized with the NAC logo before it is ready for public use.
