Pittsburg Mayor Dawn McNay presented the Oceanus Hopkins Chapter, NSDAR a Proclamation declaring the week of September 17-23 as Constitution Week in observance of the 238th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution. Members along with Mayor McNay are Mary Gilpin, Regent, Torie Edge, Chaplain and Jennifer Manriques, Vice-Regent. Members of the DAR will be visiting area schools promoting and celebrating the Constitution.
