Mayor Dawn McNay, flanked by members of the community who helped 31 people stay warm during 18 frigid nights through January and February, extends her appreciation for their efforts in establishing two warming centers in the city at Homer Cole and Meadowside Baptist Church. McNay also thanked those organizations that contributed volunteers, funding, and expertise in making the shelters successful.
