While some shoppers wait anxiously, hoping that the gifts they’ve ordered arrive in time for Christmas, there are a lot of gifts that are already on their way back to the online store they came from. Kindyl Keeton, Pittsburg, was in the Pittsburg UPS Store, Tuesday, with a stack of packages containing gifts never given. “You always buy gifts and find out that Grandma already bought it or the aunt already bought it or they already have it,” Keeton said. So, you return it and you get the new thing. It’s musical presents!” UPS Store Associate Katie Kotzman helped Keeton with her returns. She said the store has been busy as the final days to ship before Christmas approach. “We have a good mixture,” Kotzman said. “We have a lot of returns and also a lot of people sending to their families.”
