PITTSBURG, Kan. — While searching for gigs out of state, Singer/Songwriter Ted Hammig was reminded of the stops his family made in Pittsburg while traveling to visit his grandparents. “We've always stopped at the Root Coffeehouse,” he said about making the drive from Fayetteville, Arkansas, to Overland Park. “So, when we were looking for different towns to play, we found The Pitt in Pittsburg, and it seemed like a good fit.” Ted Hammig and the Campaign will play at 9 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at The Pitt, 516 N. Broadway Street with Drew Hutson Rogers opening.
