PITTSBURG, Kan. -- Anyone looking for an image to illustrate the word “collaboration,” would need look no further than pictures taken at Thursday’s groundbreaking for the new KBI Regional Crime Center and Laboratory at PSU. Completing the obligatory turning of the first spades of earth required shifts of people who represented the various entities involved in the $42 million project on Research Road in Pittsburg.
