On Sunday, the Pittsburg Police Department reported that they had made an arrest in connection with an aggravated battery/assault incident that occurred on Saturday. According to releases from the PPD, first responders with the PPD, the Pittsburg Fire Department and Crawford County EMS were called to an area in the 300 block of South Broadway at approximately 1:32 a.m. Saturday. Two victims reported being approached by an unknown white male wearing a black hoodie and carrying a knife.
