ARMA, Kan. — The high winds that have plagued the Four-State region this past week knocked down trees, power lines, and even scoreboards. At Monday’s Arma Council meeting, councilmembers discussed a scoreboard at J.P. Cleland Ballpark that suffered damage from the damaging winds. “I think we all know that the scoreboard there at J.P. Cleland got blown over by the wind and to replace with close in what we had,” said Mayor Rob Lessen.
