PITTSBURG, Kan. — Emilio Aita spoke on behalf of soccer players and fans at Tuesday’s commission meeting. Aita and his compatriots have attended several city commission meetings, promoting soccer and the construction of soccer fields each time during public comments. Aita has six kids, who all play soccer.
