Excerpted stories in Crawford County newspaper archives 100 years ago September 25, 1925 Between 650 and 700 senior high school students spend on the average of seventeen cents a day for lunches at the school cafeteria, according to Mrs. C. E. Cochran, who is in charge. A small number of these students eat at the quick lunch counter which is under the management of the cafeteria. More than $100 is taken in daily at the cafeteria which is run on a cash basis.
