CRAWFORD COUNTY, Kan. — Budding craftsmen to accomplished artists have their chance to shine in a new competition to decorate the governor’s Christmas tree. The Kansas Arts Commission and the Kansas Association of Counties are sponsoring a competition to create ornaments with local flair to add to the new Governor’s Holiday Ornament Collection.
