Art l and ll students compete at the CNC Art Fair

GHS junior Erin Bass receives Best of Show for her color pencil self-portrait, first in color stencil still life, third in linoleum print and honorable mention underwater painting Friday, April 30 at the CNC Art Fair hosted by Galena High School. Girard high school art students competed in the CNC Art Fair Friday, April 30 at Galena High School. Students in instructor Nicole Meyer-Foresman’s art classes were required to participate in the competition. Individuals who placed included Diamond Amaya-Reyes, Erin Bass, Imelda Cano, Ava Hardwick, Brandon Leritz, Shylah Harley, Shiloh Molina, Zoee Montgomery, Amiah Roberts, Marin Tersinar and Gracie Winter.
