GIRARD, Kan. — At Friday’s regular County Commission meeting, Democratic candidate for District 3 County Commissioner Nicole Hamblin asked the commissioners for some clarification on some questions she had about their job. Hamblin is running against the current District 3 commissioner, Carl Wood, and as the possible winner of Tuesday’s elections, she wanted to be clear about some of the duties and responsibilities of the commissioners.
