Pittsburg Parks and Recreation hosts the Camp Now & Then when USD 250 is out of session, but all children from ages 5 to 12 are welcome to participate in games, crafts, and playtime at the Lincoln Center, located at 710 W. 9th St. With no technology allowed, the program is designed for socialization and to let the young ones “be a kid.” Remaining dates for the camp are Nov. 22, Dec. 21 through Dec. 29 with no camps on Dec. 25 and Dec. 26 due to Christmas as well as Jan. 2 through Jan. 4, Feb. 19, Feb. 23, March 11 through March 15, March 29, and April 1.
