Jan. 18 marked a new chapter in the history of Mirza Shrine with the installation of Mark Stapleton as its 115th potentate. “Illustrious Sir Stapleton, Oswego, was ‘fezzed’ by First Lady Vicky during the installation ceremony held at the conclusion of the temple’s Annual Meeting,” Mirza Shrine said in a press release.  more
