Robert (Bob) Morozzo

Bob passed away on April 18, 2024.

Bob was born in April 1930 in Mulberry, Kansas. Upon graduation from Arcadia High School, he almost immediately joined what was then the Army Air Forces. His first Duty station was Fairchild Air Force Base. After tours in Guam and Korea, he returned and served as a Master Sergeant until 1957. Subsequent assignments as a regular Air Force Officer included Washington DC, Peshawar, Pakistan, Iraklion Air Station in Crete, and additionally, Air Stations located in Alabama and Florida. Retirement from military service enabled attendance at Washington State University to earn degrees in Business Administration and Accounting.

As a member of the Washinton State Certified Public Accountants Association, he served with Robert Moe & Associates until his retirement in the 1990s.

In retirement, Bob and Donna retreated to Loon Lake, where they could enjoy their home, dance, fish, hunt, and entertain family and friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Anna Morozzo of Arcadia, KS, and his wife, Donna Morozzo of Spokane, Washington. Also preceding him in death was his first wife, Donietta from Marble, Washington.

Bob is survived by his extended family of Donna (the Ray Family of Spokane, WA) and Donietta's (the Potestio Family of Kettle Falls, WA), in addition to Naomi and Bob Garrett of Liberal, MO; his cousins, Chas Marino of Tampa, FL, Betty Day of Bullhead City, AZ, Loretta Marmon, Kansas City, MO; sisters, Sharon Kassis, Redding, CA, and Marilyn Walt of Kansas, MO.

Bob was a kind and loving husband, stepfather, uncle, cousin, grandfather, and friend. ❤

Bob will be laid to rest at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery located in Medical Lake, Washington.
