Tuesday night’s city commission meeting in Pittsburg was a full house as residents gathered to voice concerns about a new Oxford House opening in their neighborhood, a few blocks south of the George Nettles Elementary School. The new house will accommodate nine male residents and be the fifth such establishment in Pittsburg.
