Judge Lori Bolton Fleming set pre-trial and trial dates for James Hamilton on Friday at the Crawford County Judicial Center in Pittsburg. Hamilton is charged with first degree murder in the May 13 death of Stephanie Short. Other charges include first degree attempted murder, aggravated assault, and criminal discharge of a firearm.
