BAXTER SPRINGS, Kan. — Brandon McCoy, 44, of Baxter Springs, was sentenced to prison last month after pleading guilty to aggravated criminal damage to property.
On June 23, McCoy was ordered to serve 37 months imprisonment for his involvement in the crime, which occurred November 29, 2022.
McCoy is being held in the Cherokee County Jail pending transfer to the Kansas Department of Corrections and was prosecuted by the Cherokee County Attorney's Office.
