Jimmy Lee Porter, 76, of Wichita, Kansas was laid to rest on July 29, 2023.
Jimmy was born January 1, 1947 in Croweburg, Kansas. After graduating from Arma High School in 1964, he was drafted. He completed his initial tour and remained in the US Army Reserve, retiring as a Master Sargent. He worked and also retired from Cessna Air in Wichita where he met and married the love of his life Mary.
Jim will be truly missed and remembered for his ever-present smile, sense of duty to his country, support for church, and most of all, love for his family.
