The Pittsburg Area Chamber of Commerce and Avail Enclosure Systems cut the ceremonial ribbon to welcome the local company’s recent change in ownership on Thursday morning. With unfortunate timing, while the ceremony was still ongoing, a truck apparently carrying one of Avail’s enclosures was involved in a traffic accident on Broadway.
