Ashley Dawn Michelle Yarnell Watkins, age 38, of Arma, KS, left this world at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 2, 2023 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO.
Ashley was born on Feb. 1, 1985 in Girard, KS to Randy and Sabrina (Nemmers) Yarnell. She lived in Arma all her life, graduating from NEHS in 2003. She worked in the family business (Toby's Carnival/Legacy) as a game and concession manager.
Survivors include her partner, David LaPiere, of the home; daughters; Hailee Brown of Arma, Charlee Yarnell of Summerdale, AL; sons, Toby Yarnell of Summerdale, AL, Luke Watkins of Hutchinson, KS; mother, Sabrina Nemmers of Arma; father Randy (Deana) Yarnell of Summerdale, AL; sister Heather (Nathan) Morris of Butte, MT; brothers Daniel (Lindsey) Yarnell Marceline, MO, Matthew Blunt of Pittsburg, Jacob (Aaliyah) Yarnell of Joplin, MO, Colton Morris of Whitehall, MT; nieces Mackenzee, McCarten, Riverz and Avery; nephews Justice, William, and Leayum; aunts, uncles, cousins, and ex-husband, Josh Watkins of Hutchinson, KS.
She was preceded in death by daughter Reagan Nicole Marie Yarnell Brown; nephew Zachary Yarnell, maternal grandparents Toby and Erma Nemmers; paternal grandparents Robert and Carlene Yarnell.
Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 5:00 p.m. at the downtown Arma city park.
