Held at 6 p.m. every Friday through Sept. 29, the Friends of Crawford State Park are hosting regional musicians at Lakeview Café, which overlooks Lake Crawford Fishing Lake, better known to locals as Farlington Lake. This week, Friends of Crawford State Park hosted “The J3 Band” that features members John Gobetz, Jon Bartlow, Andrew Ortolani and James Ortolani. Next week, on July 30, the event will host Johnny Joe Zibert and George Barberich for an evening of polka music.

The classical music concert was conducted by Dr. Andrew D. Chybowski with passionate enthusiasm. The musical group consists of music teachers, advanced musicians and university professors from Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
