Pork chops in celery gravy

  • 6 center cut or thick butterfly pork chops 
  • 1 can cream of celery soup 
  • ½ can milk 
  • Cooking oil 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Garlic salt 


Brown pork chops in cooking oil on medium heat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Meanwhile, combine can of celery soup and milk. Mix well. After pork chops are browned, pour soup and milk mixture over pork chops. May be cooked covered on top of stove on simmer or in oven at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until tender.
