Laura Kelly signed a proclamation spotlighting the continued growth of the Kansas Registered Apprenticeship Program and declaring the week of Nov. 13-19 as Apprenticeship Week throughout the state. The statewide proclamation coincides with the 8th Annual National Apprenticeship Week.
