Frontenac officials anxious to begin library construction

City officials first learned in late 2019 that they were being gifted with $4.6 million by the Tavella family to build a public library, and the city received the final payment of that money in July of last year. For months, the city has been delayed in moving forward with building the library by various concerns from the public.
