For its second year, the Hispanic Ministry of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church will be hosting Festival Hispano, an event celebrating Hispanic culture as well as a fundraiser for the church, starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17 outside of the Fieldhouse at 285 E. 10th St.
