Located just south of the Bourbon County line and a couple miles west of US-69 sits what remains of the historic town of Cato, Kansas. While few residents live in the area today, a group of dedicated people, many with personal ties to the town, have been working hard to keep the memories alive by sponsoring the annual Cato Days in November.
