Last week the Pittsburg Noon Kiwanis club welcomed special guest Makhprat Abdulleava, a senior teacher and researcher from Avlonyi Institute in Uzbekistan, who is in one of the Fulbright residents and scholars here to attend a mini three-week course from the Human Resource Development (HRD) program at Pittsburg State University’s College of Technology.
