Monday night’s Frontenac City Council meeting concentrated on upcoming and ongoing infrastructure projects. In his report to the council, City Administrator John Zafuta said the city’s finances are in good shape as revenues are up and expenses are down, leaving the city with an additional $1 million in revenue for the year.
