100 years ago May 8, 1926 Girard, May 8. - W. N. Lyngar, Pittsburg constable, and Norman C. Force, deputy constable ap-pointed by Lyngar, were fined $200 each and costs by Judge D. H. Woolley in division No. 1 of the district court this morning, for misconduct in office.
