Owner fights to keep iconic restaurant alive

PITTSBURG, Kan. – Frank Caputo, owner and chef at Jim’s Steak and Chop House is celebrating his third year of carefully preparing and cooking meat for the citizens of Pittsburg. 

Despite his love for crafting dishes that will fill hungry bellies, Caputo said it hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows.
