Margaret (Margee) Ann Pahlow, age 72, passed away on Apr. 13, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born on Sept. 19, 1949 to John and Irene (Mallory) Pahlow in Lamar, Missouri.
Margee graduated from Lamar High School in 1967. Upon graduation, she attended Southwest Missouri State University (Missouri State University) in Springfield, Missouri. She was a talented Certified Interior Designer, and an Associate Member of the Interior Design Society. Margee had a diverse career working as a designer for many companies including Frito-Lay Inc., Ethan Allen, and Mathis Brothers; and had a very successful interior design business called Margee Pahlow Interiors. She was a gifted artist in her free time, and enjoyed traveling, her friends, and her nieces and nephews.
Margee was preceded in death by her parents John and Irene Pahlow, her brother J.D. Pahlow, her niece, Lisa (Pahlow) Kranker and great niece, Ashden Kranker. She is survived by three sisters; Marty Beezley (Pat), Marilyn Peterson (Dick), and Tricia Stephenson (Tom). She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, twenty-four great nieces and nephews, and several close friends.
A graveside service is planned on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Lake Cemetery in Lamar, MO.
