PITTSBURG, Kan. — Residents in Pittsburg’s newest retirement community are staying fit, thanks to the efforts of a local personal trainer.
Kayli Montoya-Huston, a certified personal trainer and the owner of KM Fitness, said she has noticed an increase in clients who are over the age of 50 and she said she has seen the major changes that strength training can provide that population.
