Kathleen Margaret (Boyer) Johnson, 78 of Rural Cherokee, Kansas passed away Apr. 16, 2022 at her home.
She was born Apr. 9, 1944 in Council Bluff, Iowa, to Helen M. and Richard E. Boyer. She married William A. Johnson on Feb. 27, 1968. Kathleen enjoyed animals and volunteering with various organizations in her community.
Survivors include; a son William A. Johnson Jr. (Billy) of Cherokee, Kansas, a daughter Kristie Aragon of California, two sisters; Jean (Carl) Evans of Carl Junction, Missouri, Phyllis Boyer of Portland, Oregon, one brother in law Frank (Roxanne) Johnson of Cleveland, Oklahoma, five sister in laws; Patricia (Jim) Omstead of Terlton, Oklahoma, Shirley Linam of Owasso, Oklahoma, Elain (Greg) Kirsh of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Mary Lyman of Collinsville, Oklahoma and Pam (Victor) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, many cousins nephews and nieces.
Graveside Services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Apr. 21, 2022 at Cherokee City Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to the Shriners Hospital or St. Jude’s Children Hospital; these may be mailed or dropped off to the funeral home. Condolences may be left at www.bathnaylor.com.
