Wednesday morning, the Economic Development Advisory Committee met with DVLP, a hometown development group composed of Pat Crossland, Bart Arnett, Ian Youvan and Quentin Holmes. According to the group’s literature, they boast nearly 75 years of combined experience in construction, management, and economic development.
