The Pittsburg Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) heard a proposal Wednesday from Michael Ehling, executive administrator for the Crawford County Mental Health Center, to build a new Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) at the Pittsburg campus of Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHCSEK) at 30th and Michigan.
