Constance "Connie" Allen, 68, of McCune, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 2, 2023.
Connie was born on June 14, 1954, the youngest of four children, to Wilbur and Angeline Prichard in Corona, Kansas.
A passionate student, Connie obtained many degrees and certifications, including a nursing degree. Connie was a strong person who fought and won her battle with cancer. She had a generous nature and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Connie loved animals, especially her dogs and horses. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Jesse Allen of McCune, Kansas
Justin Allen of Spring, Texas
Wyatt Noble of Walnut, Kansas
Seven grandchildren – Austin Allen of Shreveport, Louisiana; Grady Allen of Mena, Arkansas; Evan and Christian Allen of Pittsburg, Kansas; Liam and Mila Allen of Spring, Texas; and Savannah Noble of Walnut, Kansas
One brother – Edward Prichard and his wife, LaVietta, of Joplin, Missouri
Two sisters – Sharon Trindle of Columbus, Kansas
Rosemary Pender and her husband, Jim, of McCune, Kansas
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 9, 2023, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home of Parsons.
