Michael Ehling, executive administrator for the Crawford County Mental Health Center, appeared before the Pittsburg City Commission on Tuesday to seek approval of a $400,000 grant for infrastructure improvements while building the new Addiction Treatment Center and Crisis Stabilization Unit on the Pittsburg campus of Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHCSEK) at 30th and Michigan.
