Following an opening invocation, the public input period of Tuesday’s Pittsburg City Commission meeting began with a statement from Tom Hayes, general counsel and chief strategy officer for CDL Electric, about the progress of a laydown yard for company equipment that sparked a bit of friction between CDL President and CEO Larry Seward and City Commissioner Chuck Munsell this past fall.
