BRUSSELS (AP) — Hungary is poised to do it again. For the second time in a month, every other European Union nation is ready to sign a joint statement Thursday backing Ukraine. It’s a symbolic move that makes Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán look more isolated than ever.
