Angel Palmer, with Crossland Construction, set the forms Monday, July 24 for the base of the soon-to- be placed custom-made sculpture donated by Pat and Linda McReynolds. The cardinal statue will adorn outside the entry of the new Labette Community College Zetmeir Family Athletic Complex.
