On what would normally be their day off, employees and staff at Girard’s Eastside Diner volunteered their time to give 130 kids and their parents a free breakfast with Santa Claus on Tuesday. Eastside owner Andrew Faucett said that each child, from four-months-old to 16 years, received their own gift, purchased with $2,500 in donations.
